Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Orvus Limited holds about you, for example data connected to this website, our marketing activities or our Meta business app. Our privacy policy is atorvus.net/datenschutz.

How to request deletion

Send an email to[email protected]with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us who you are and which data the request concerns, for example the name, email address or phone number you used, or the campaign or form through which you contacted us. We only use this information to find and verify your data.

What happens next

• We confirm that we received your request.
• We verify the request and delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days.
• We confirm to you when the deletion is complete.

If the law requires us to keep specific records, for example invoices for accounting, we tell you what we keep and why. Everything else is deleted.

Data held by Meta

Data that lives on Meta's platforms, such as your Facebook or Instagram account and its content, is controlled by Meta, not by us. You can manage or delete that data in your Meta account settings.
